Yin Unwind
June 6th 6-7pm
at 3 Bridges Yoga

In this workshop you'll be guided through a series of Yin postures - gentle poses designed to work with gravity over time (3-5 minute holds) - to protect and heal your joints and other connective tissues. Yin is a wonderful way to bring balance to the yang of a regular vinyasa (Yang) practice. As you hold the poses and sink into relaxation, each month we'll explore a different theme through poetry, song, sound healing, and yogic philosophy. You'll leave feeling lighter, centered, and serene.​

Full Moon Yin

This online Yin class aligns with the Full moon. You’ll be guided through an astrologically supportive Yin practice highlighting ways to work with the energetic themes of each moon cycle. Each class will include an oracle pull to encourage an intuitive exploration of your inner world. Yin is an incredible way to protect and heal the joints and other connective tissues in your body, and offers your mind and heart space for stillness and quiet restfulness.
