Mindful Mocktails
September 19th 6-7:30pm
at Cinder & Sound

Beat the August heat and experience something sweet at Cinder & Sound!
In this Mindful Mocktail Mixer we'll share seasonal fresh flavors from local farms and gardens in an evening of community connection. You’ll learn how to make two delicious summer mocktails featuring some of the Seacoast’s own fruits, flowers, and herbs.
We’ll then share in conversation & celebration guided by gentle, reflective prompts within the topics of friendship, community, holistic health, relating with nature, and spirituality. We’ll have some oracle cards, cozy mats, blankets, and pillows, and lite bites, so all you’ll need to bring is your lovely self!

Yin Unwind
September 26th 6-7pm
at 3 Bridges Yoga

In this workshop you'll be guided through a series of Yin postures - gentle poses designed to work with gravity over time (3-5 minute holds) - to protect and heal your joints and other connective tissues. Yin is a wonderful way to bring balance to the yang of a regular vinyasa (Yang) practice. As you hold the poses and sink into relaxation, each month we'll explore a different theme through poetry, song, sound healing, and yogic philosophy. You'll leave feeling lighter, centered, and serene.
