Live Your Yoga
March 7th 1-3pm
at 3 Bridges Yoga Portsmouth

Join me for a community-centered workshop that brings yoga off the mat and into real life.
Together, we’ll explore how ancient wisdom meets modern psychology, nervous system science, and parts work; so yoga becomes something you live, not just practice.
​
Each session blends movement, reflection, journaling, learning, and shared conversation in a supportive group space. Drawing from the Yamas and Niyamas, the Eight Limbs of Yoga, archetypes, shadow work, and practical therapeutic tools, we’ll explore how yoga can shape the way you relate, think, feel, and create every day.
​
Each month will center upon a different theme: February is mental health, March is physical and emotional health, and April is energetic/spiritual health.
​
$75 per session | $200 for all 3

Yin Unwind
March 8th 5:30-6:30pm
at 3 Bridges Yoga Portsmouth
​
In this workshop you'll be guided through a series of Yin postures - gentle poses designed to work with gravity over time (3-5 minute holds) - to protect and heal your joints and other connective tissues. Yin is a wonderful way to bring balance to the yang of a regular vinyasa (Yang) practice. As you hold the poses and sink into relaxation, each month we'll explore a different theme through poetry, song, sound healing, and yogic philosophy. You'll leave feeling lighter, centered, and serene.​

Path of Purpose

at Cinder & Sound in Rye

Join Holly Ransom, Holistic Coach and Intuitive Healer, for a four-part Gene Keys workshop series designed to make this transformative system accessible, embodied, and practical. Across four 2-hour sessions, you’ll learn the foundations of the Gene Keys and explore the Activation Sequence, the first four keys that illuminate purpose, natural gifts, and aligned decision making.
Each session focuses on one Gene Key and includes education, guided reflection, somatic practices, creative exploration, and a guided meditation. Participants will work directly with their own Gene Keys chart and receive personalized guidance in a supportive group setting. This beginner-friendly series emphasizes embodiment, helping insights move from understanding into everyday clarity and self-trust.
Sessions may be taken individually or as a full series.

Spring Restore & Sound
April 4th 2-3:15pm
at Seacoast Power Yoga in North Hampton

Join Holly Ransom for a luscious Spring restorative experience.
You will be guided through several relaxing postures as you drift into the peacefulness of song, soundscape and hands-on reiki infused healing. Plus soak of the pampering of a lovely spring goodie bag with seasonally supportive crystals & tea to keep the rejuvenation going all month long.
We will supply the props, all you need is your yoga mat, water bottle and comfy clothes.
This is a 75 minute event.

Dance Flow Yoga
April 9th 7-8pm
at Aware House Yoga
​
This is a space to flow freely, connect to the rhythm of your breath and the music, and embody asana with much more emphasis on expression than perfection.
​
I'll guide us through a fluid flow choreographed to move with the music and you'll have some space to move completely as you wish too.
​
Expect a disco ball, groovy flowly music, no judgement, and a delicious mix between yoga and dance.

Garden Soundbath & Tea

Immerse yourself in the fresh energy of spring in this lovely garden tea time + soundbath.
​
You'll drop in for a grounding, spring-celebratory mediation and 45-minute sound bath and then share in the magic of a traditional tea ceremony led by Rebecca Poole.
​
We'll have oracle cards and lite snacks, please bring your own mat and blanket/any other props you'd like to get cozy in the garden.

Summer Solstice Celebration

Come celebrate summer with Cycles & Shadows healing at​ this epic beach bonfire community event!
​
We'll start with an opening intro circle & soundbath with a guided meditation. From there we'll share stories, jump in the ocean, roast s'mores (gluten free and dairy free options too!), and end the night with a dance party under the moon!

Forest & Sound
July 25th 2-3:30pm
at Wiggin Farm
​
In wildflower field and forest, you'll enter a serene soundbath scene to take in the energy of a beautiful summer day in Nature.
​
Surrounded by butterflies and native plants, we'll drop-in to a 45 minute soundbath + guided meditation and then explore the Wiggin Farm conservation area mindfully learning about and engaging with the plants and animals who join us.
