Yin Unwind

In this workshop you'll be guided through a series of Yin postures - gentle poses designed to work with gravity over time (3-5 minute holds) - to protect and heal your joints and other connective tissues. Yin is a wonderful way to bring balance to the yang of a regular vinyasa (Yang) practice. As you hold the poses and sink into relaxation, each month we'll explore a different theme through poetry, song, sound healing, and yogic philosophy. You'll leave feeling lighter, centered, and serene.​

Energizing Yin Yoga November 19th 5:30-6:30pm
at The Vibe Collective Portsmouth

Join me for a morning of deep rejuvenation through Yin, Reiki, and Sound. You’ll be guided through an uplifting series of yin postures, held for 3-5 minutes each, while enjoying the healing frequencies of sound + song with optional hands-on reiki to bring vitality to your body, mind, and energy. Together, these healing traditions create a powerful combination to shake up stuck tension, release and reorganize energy for greater physical, mental and emotional health. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more peaceful, and centered. All are welcome, as you are, no prior experience necessary.

Winter Restore

Join Holly Ransom for a luscious winter afternoon restorative Yoga experience.
You will be guided through several relaxing postures as you drift into the peacefulness of song, soundscape and reiki infused healing.
Plus soak of the pampering of a lovely winter goodie bag with seasonally supportive crystals & tea to keep the rejuvenation going all month long.
We will supply the props, all you need is your yoga mat, water bottle and comfy clothes.

Mindful Mocktails

Shake off the winter blues and experience a cozy community mocktail evening!
You’ll learn how to make two delicious winter inspired mocktails perfect for bringing light and warmth to the body + soul as we turn into the cocoon of this colder, more inward time of year.
I'll guide you into a heart-led, somatic & sensory experience of the ingredients so you’re not just sipping a drink – but actually embodying your connection to this beautiful Earth we’re a part of.
We’ll share in conversation & celebration guided by gentle, reflective prompts within the topics of friendship, community, holistic health, relating with nature, and spirituality.
We’ll have some oracle cards, cozy mats, blankets, and pillows, and lite bites, so all you’ll need to bring is your lovely self!
