Group Classes

My classes are suitable for all levels and all bodies. I specialize in Hatha and Vinyasa, while weaving together Yin, restorative, kundalini, and Qigong to create my own unique Yoga magic.
Show up as you are: no prior knowledge or practice is required. I aim to create spaces where you can experience the freedom to fully remember, become, and be yourself. With a strong background in psychology, I hold my classes with the intention pointed toward Yoga's historical ability to soothe and support your nervous system.
Each class is intuitively led, and your presence is a part of the co-creation. My unique offerings will change with each class, including: asana, pranayama, discussion of sacred texts, oracle card pulling, sound healing, song, poetry, optional hands-on assists, crystals, music, and more.

I offer 1:1 or small group private classes customized to your unique needs and desires. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or if you're an experienced yogi, private classes are an excellent way to deepen your practice and explore self-study in a safe, supportive environment. These sessions may include movement, meditation, oracle pulls, sound & aromatherapy, coaching-style support, breath work, and more. Private classes are an opportunity to co-create a nourishing holistic healing experience.
