By enrolling in any offering, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are entering into a mutual commitment that requires time, energy, and preparation from both parties
Your decision to enroll is made from a place of personal responsibility and full consent
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, schedule conflicts, or perceived results

Due to the nature of this work, results are not guaranteed and are dependent on your own participation, openness, and integration.

Rescheduling & Credit Policy

A credit toward a future program or offering, to be used within 6 months
Requests for credit must:
- Be submitted in writing as soon as reasonably possible
- Include a brief explanation of the circumstances

Approval of credits is granted at the sole discretion of the business.

Missed sessions, late arrivals, or lack of participation are not eligible for refunds or credits
Programs will not be extended due to missed participation

If a program is canceled or rescheduled by the business:

You will be offered either:
- A transfer to a new date, or
- A credit toward another offering

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the matter.
