By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any services offered by Cycles & Shadows Healing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Refund Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

 

2. Scope of Services

Cycles & Shadows Healing provides holistic coaching, energy work (including but not limited to Reiki, workshops, and group programs intended for personal growth, self-development, and educational purposes only.)

These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. No Medical or Mental Health Claims

You acknowledge that:

• Services are not licensed healthcare or therapy
   

• No diagnosis, treatment, or cure is being provided
   

• You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being
   

Always consult a qualified provider (e.g., a physician or therapist) for medical or mental health concerns.

4. Client Responsibility

By participating, you agree:

• You are voluntarily choosing to engage in services
   

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
   

• Results are not guaranteed
   

Your success depends on your own effort, integration, and participation.

 

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD
   

• Payment is required in full or via agreed-upon payment plan at the time of purchase
   

• By providing payment information, you authorize charges via Stripe or other payment processors used
   

Failure to complete payment plans may result in:

• Suspension or termination of services
   

• Collections or further action if necessary
   

 

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Limited exceptions may apply in cases of documented emergency, at the sole discretion of the business, and may result in credit rather than refund.

 

7. Scheduling & Participation

• You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and program dates
   

• Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable unless otherwise stated
   

• The business reserves the right to reschedule when necessary
   

 

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided—including but not limited to:

• Program content
   

• Meditations
   

• PDFs, recordings, and teachings
   

—are the intellectual property of Cycles and Shadows Healing, LLC.

You may not:

• Reproduce, share, distribute, or sell materials without written permission
   

 

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without consent, except as required by law.

However:

• Group programs are not confidential environments
   

• You agree to respect the privacy of other participants
   

 

10. Code of Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully and not:

• Disrupt sessions
   

• Harass or harm others
   

• Engage in inappropriate or abusive behavior
   

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes
   

• Emotional or financial results
   

• Transformation timelines
   

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cycles & Shadows Healing shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   

• Emotional distress, personal injury, or loss resulting from participation
   

Your use of services is at your own risk.

 

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cycles & Shadows Healing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

14. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at any time if:

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.

If unresolved, disputes may be handled through:
